Dispatch & Delivery
For orders in the e15 online shop, the prices stated on the respective article page apply at the time of your order. The prices are final prices including the legal value added tax (VAT) of 19% plus shipping costs. These will be charged separately for your order and aredisplayed during the checkout process. The amount of the shipping costs depends on your location as well as the total weight of the products in your shopping cart. A self-pickup of the products from our warehouse is not possible for organizational reasons.
Overview of shipping costs for orders in the e15 online shop
We ship our goods within Germany either with a parcel service. In exceptional cases, a delivery by forwarding is necessary. We ship within Germany for 6.00 €, within selected EU countries for 18.00 €. Besides Germany, we currently offer shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain.
From a cart value of 500.00 € (Germany) or 1,000.00 € (EU) we do not charge shipping costs.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. We try to put together as many products as possible in a single shipment. If, due to the shape and size of the products, it is necessary to divide the shipment into multiple shipments, only one shipment will be charged.
Deliveries within our delivery area are shipped to the delivery address provided by you. We ship the goods as soon as the invoice amount is fully credited to our account.
The average delivery time for orders in the e15 online shop varies and is indicated on the respective article page. In-stock-products are usually processed from Monday to Friday within 3 working days. You will be informed by email as soon as the goods have left our warehouse and have been handed over to a transport service provider.
In the e15 online shop we offer the payment options PayPal, direct debit and credit card. If you pay by direct debit or credit card, the invoice amount will be deducted from your account or credit card immediately after receipt of the order. When paying with PayPal, the amount will be debited from your PayPal account immediately after ordering.
Transport damage and complaints
Your ordered products are carefully packed in our warehouse and checked before shipping. Unfortunately, damage that may occur during transport can not be ruled out. Therefore, we ask you to check for completeness and any damage in transit upon delivery.
Measures in case of transport damage
If, despite all due care, a transport damage has occurred, we recommend that you do not accept the goods or sign the delivery note with the note "with reservation".
In order to be able to send you a flawless article quickly, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 4 days, of the damage in writing both to the supplier and to our customer service. We have the possibility to apply for compensation from our distributors within 4 days, so we ask for your kind assistance.
Otherwise, we ask you to send us digital photos of the damage by e-mail to email@example.com stating the billing or order number, so that we can contact our insurance company to clarify the damage. At the same time, we will organise the return of the goods together with you and ensure that you receive a replacement as soon as possible. Of course, the above information in no way limits your statutory warranty claim, but merely represents a request for assistance in the event of damage.
If our products do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us. All important details for the return can be found in the cancellation policy. Please make sure that the goods are unused and in their original state. Please use a protective outer packaging to avoid transport damage. Ideal for this is the original shipping packaging in which our products are sent to you. Please note that these instructions are not a prerequisite for effective revocation.
